Dr David Freemantle is creator of the unique SUPERBOSS approach and is renowned world-wide for his thought-provoking and inspirational seminars on the subjects of "THE BUZZ", "THE BIZ", "The Frontiers of Leadership ", "The psychology of attitudinal change ", "Teamwork and motivation" and many others.

He is also the author of a number of 15 best-selling books. He trades under the name SUPERBOSS and has offices in Windsor (UK) and Makati City (Philippines)

The following is a brief outline of David's career:

1965 Gained a Ph.D. in chemistry at London University
1968 Began his career as a shift production manager at Slough (UK) with Mars Ltd
1972 Joined International Computers Ltd (ICL.UK) where he had a variety of positions culminating as Personnel Manager of the International Division
1976 Was head-hunted to become Group Personnel Director of Perkins Engines at Peterborough UK)
1981 Was appointed to the Board of British Caledonian Airways as Personnel Director 1984 Formed his own consultancy company Superboss Ltd
1984 Formed his own consultancy company Superboss Ltd specialising in leadership,motivation and customer service
1985 First book SUPERBOSS was published.  Undertake extensive consultancy programmes for various local authorities and financial institutions
1992 His best-seller INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE was published
1997 Two new books published: SUPERBOSS 2 (a second edition of his original best-seller) 100 DAYS IN THE LIFE OF A SUPERBOSS
1998

Publication of the pioneering new book: WHAT CUSTOMERS LIKE ABOUT YOU.

By now Dr David 'Superboss' Freemantle is well-established on the international circuit with extensive seminar programmes in Singapore, South Africa, the USA and elsewhere.

1999 WHAT CUSTOMER LIKE ABOUT YOU becomes finalist for "UK business book of the year" award.  David undertakes an extensive customer service improvement in West Africa for a major development bank there.  He is also working extensively in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Dubai
2001 David's book THE STIMULUS FACTOR was published by FT Prentice Hall in February 2001.  Commences a regular programme of two-day seminars for the Singapore Institute of Management

2002

Two further books by Dr David 'Superboss' Freemantle were published "How to choose" (in London) and "Customer service - Asian style" (in Singapore)

2003 David has been travelling the world running his BUZZ!!! seminar, visiting China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, South Africa etc.

2004

 

 

Two new books (i) The BUZZ and (ii) The BIZ written by David pubished by Nicholas Brealey Publishers in September. Meanwhile David continues to travel the world runnings his seminars with engagements in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, The Maldives, Mauritius, Sri Lanka and many other countries

David's worked in the UK with clients such The John Lewis Partnership, the new Maybourne Hotel Group (Claridges, The Berkeley, The Connaught) as well as in South Africa for Totalgas and The Central University of Technology, Free State

A new travel/humour book by David entitled RATS, BATS and STRANGE TOILETS (travel tips for unusual countries) was published. His work in Asia has expanded and he now has a base in the Philippines. During 2007 his clients in Asia have included the Philippine Government Department of Trade and Industry, David's Salons (Philippines),  The Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)and Citibank Singapore. 

Opens office in Makati City, Philippines. Continues working for the Philippines Government, SIM and Citibank as well as various organisations in the UK. Superboss published in India.
