2008 :  During 2008 David Freemantle presents his BUZZ seminar in Singapore, Mauritius, Philippines and China. His in-house clients during 2008 include Philippine Airines, SM Retail (Philippines), Discovery Suitees (Philippines), Anahita World-class Sanctuary (Mauritius), Veranda Resorts (Mauritius) as well as AB Hotels UK.  He continues to present three different seminars for the Singapore Institute of Management

 SUPERBOSS in INDIA.  David Freemantle's first best-seller SUPERBOSS (THE A to Z of Managing People) was first pu blished in 1985 and become an instant best-seller, being published in many languages. NEW SEMINAR: THE PSYCHOLOGY OF ATTITUDINAL CHANGE. How to get people to change their ways

The Singapore Institute of Management commissioned David Freemantle to design, develop and present this exciting new seminar. It features EIGHT INSTRUMENTS OF CHANGE. The seminar has proved very successful and he has now presented in on three occasions with further dates scheduled

NEW BOOK: RATS, BATS AND STRANGE TOILETS (travel tips for unusual countries)

David Freemantle's new book has just been published by Zymurgy Publishing
(+ 44 7950 036060 or +44 191 276 2425). It is the type of book you can dip into and have a laugh on every page.  It gives advice on what to do when you find a rat, bat or cockroach in your hotel bedroom - or for example if someone asks you for a bribe.

DR FREEMANTLE's two seminars THE BUZZ and THE BIZ are receiving increasing acclaim around the world. In one instance a UK company reports a phenomenal increasing in sales revenue as a result of David's in-house programme of workshops - together with an improvement in customer satisfaction from 46 % to 95%. Other companies report similar improvements.  the in-house BUZZ workshop focuses on motivating employees to deliver world-class customer relations whilst the BIZ workshop concentrates on developing high-performing bosses with world-class skills in motivation and leadership

The books are based on his research over the last year or two and including many examples from around the world of managers who excel at motivation and front-line people who excel at customer service.  The books are written in an easy-to-read  'section a day' style, are highly stimulating and will prove invaluable to anyone wishing to hone up their skills in the areas of motivation and customer service.  They will also prove helpful in providing discussion topics for regular team members. The books can also for the basis for training modules on the motivation and customer service.
